The Re·Factory is where recoverable and re-evaluated battery cells are given a second life, transforming sustainability into innovation. Here’s how it works and our process:

  1. Our process begins with the receipt of used batteries from electric vehicles
  2. These batteries are evaluated to determine their viability for remanufacturing. Each cell undergoes a rigorous analysis to assess its capacity and remaining useful life.
  3. Cells that still have significant capacity and life remaining are selected for the next step in the remanufacturing process.
  4. In accordance with our quality standards the cells are optimized and prepared for reuse in remanufactured batteries.
  5. Viable cells are reassembled into new battery modules using advanced technologies to maximize their performance and ensure they meet OEM requirements.
  6. Remanufactured batteries go through a thorough testing process to ensure their safety and efficiency before being offered as spare parts to the automotive industry.
